The Pro Plan ($10) is designed for outbound cold emailers. It gives you unlimited manual sending, mail merges, and tracking using your Gmail account. The Growth Plan ($20) is for automation. It includes the AI Agent, Form Builder, and Workflows. If you want to collect leads via a form and have an AI automatically write and send personalized emails to them, you need Growth.
No. InboxPlus is a powerful add-on that works inside your existing Gmail or Google Workspace account. We orchestrate the automation, but the emails are sent via your Google account. This ensures high deliverability as emails come directly from you, not a third-party server.
If you downgrade to Free or cancel, you keep all your stored contacts and form submissions. However, your AI workflows will pause, and your daily sending limit will revert to the Free plan (20 emails/day).
A Run is counted whenever an automation executes an action for a specific contact. For example, if a lead fills out your form and the AI writes and sends them a personalized email, that counts as 1 Run. Free Plan: 50 Runs/month. Growth Plan: 1,000 Runs/month.
All leads are stored safely. If you are on the Free plan and get 100 signups, the AI automation will only email the first 50. The remaining 50 will be marked as Paused until the next month or until you upgrade.
The AI uses advanced models (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) to analyze your uploaded knowledge base and the prospect's data. It writes full, context-aware sentences based on the rules you set in the Brain section.
Yes. The Growth Plan allows full whitelabeling, removing all InboxPlus branding from your forms.
No. You can store unlimited contacts on all plans, including Free. You are only charged for AI actions performed on those contacts.
Since emails are sent via your Gmail, we follow Google’s limits. Free users: 20 emails/day via InboxPlus. Pro & Growth: Up to Google’s limit (usually 500/day for Gmail, 2,000/day for Workspace). Large campaigns are auto-spread across days to protect your account.
Yes. You can purchase a Workflow Booster pack for $5 per additional 500 workflow runs.
The LTD includes all Pro features forever (Sending, Tracking, Mail Merge). However, AI Agents and Workflows require ongoing server costs, so they are not included. LTD users can enable the new AI automation features via an optional LTD Power-Up plan.
